Hey friends & strangers, I need help! My sister-in-law wants a book as a present — something unputdownable & fun, not grim/dark. The problem for me is that she’s not into sci-fi, and fantasy can be a hit or miss. She’s open, but it shouldn’t be overly complicated, with too many names and places to remember. She liked Hobbit but not LOTR because she got lost in it. She doesn’t want a detective story or a rom-com. Suggestions (fantasy & other genres) welcome 🙏
