I think Social Media is very important now, more than traditional mass media.
However, X-twitter is losing its importance. Everyone is fleeing, only my Japanese friends are still active there.
Many are moving to Threads, which for now might be good, but I don’t feel confident long term about another channel owned by Facebook.
I really like Bluesky, but very little engagement there.
Mastodon is my favorite, but it also suffers from lack of engagement.
