OK. A week ago, Spouse had to come pick me and the dogs up after a violent encounter with a neighbor dog, and myself bleeding. (We are all OK now.)
But I am hesitant to take them for a walk again.
This is ridiculous. I should feel safe enough to walk my own dogs on a leash in my own neighborhood!
Do I take them on separate walks, halving the stress of an unleashed neighbor dog encounter, but doubling the stress on my iffy knee?
I hate this.
