Nothing like joining a soccer league at almost 40 to humble oneself.
Last week, patellar tendons screaming at me and tonight I pulled my calf muscle.
Frustrated and for the first time I can say I’m feeling my age.
Oh well, time for recovery and healing. Gotta keep moving forward.
