RealSound played PCM audio over the PC speaker, so you'd get (low quality) voice and sound effects more like a real soundcard, not just bleeps and bloops like Commander Keen. So this would let you hear that over your hi-fi system instead of tinny little PC speaker cone. I am not sure about resistor vs capacitor in this application. Even funnier if they got the wiring diagram wrong!",
