Interested in what prompted the atheist/agnostic change.
I'm an atheist. I accept the theoretical possibility of the existence of a God, but I don't believe in one.
Put another way: it is possible that something could happen to cause me to believe in a God, but it has not happened, so I don't believe in a God.
I'm not unsure about this in any useful sense.
