There's a kind of cyclic-dependency on the new `meta` module for #Perl, in that until it's in core I suspect a lot of folks won't use it, but until more folks use it so we know it's any good, we won't put it in core.
What we need is some more volunteers to actually try using it for something real. I have a few uses of it already, but it'd be great to see more modules from more authors than just me on this list:
