which programming language you use doesn't matter that much anymore. you should be picking based off of your requirements and ecosystem for specifically what you are doing
for real world use, go, kotlin, rust, etc don't have that significant of real world impact unless you are trying to squeeze every cycle because you have an *absurd* load (way beyond 99.9% of projects will meet) or you need to process lots of data fast
