"content": "Well that’s basically beyond dispute; while it’s certainly not *bad* by any reasonable metric - they’re two very distinct domains with greatly differing demands. I’m surprised more powers-of-two number bases didn’t apparently crop up until rather recently. Base-16 would work quite well, and one could “easily” learn to represent binary digits with each of the ten fingers - for a total of 1024 distinct ”states”.",
