My lease on a jeep matures next Christmas, and I am building a small warehouse doing some of the work myself. The list is like hauling a bucket of dirt, gravel for raising the building footprint, leveling - compacting, hauling earth movers and such, hauling bags of cement and aggregates to cast the footing piles on sight - oh, first hoisting the trucks of 5-6 inch dia trees I cut myself.. I am thinking about a cargo van with two different trailers, a flat and an enclosed.
A pickup like this would have less utility than that combo.
