I wanted to do it, and our WG was fairly diverse, but I never had the feeling that we did it deliberately. We did diversify the names in “How People with Disabilities Use the Web”, but in hindsight it really bugs me that nobody is using “they” pronouns and that culture does not play a bigger role.
Ah well. Hopefully next time!
