Good. The world is chock full of unproductive, unintelligent, pretty much worthless, people who will flood our borders and take our stuff if given the chance. Immigration from most countries is a clear net negative.
It would be perfectly reasonable to intentionally sink these boats with gunfire; Poland uses live ammo to keep illegals from Russia (via Belarus) from getting close to the border fences.
