A little bit about me...I've been deep in the rabbit hole of diet & nutrition for the last several months, and have arrived at the conclusion that this crazy "all meat diet" you've heard being thrown around isn't just misunderstood by the mainstream...it's in fact the most optimal diet for human beings.
So, I'm building a website & online community to share all sorts of content--from studies, to podcasts, to books, to testimonials, and everything in between--that supports this seemingly-outlandish claim!
I don't believe these findings are going to be too popular with the bureaucratic bug-pushers behind Big Tech...so I decided to spin up a Nostr account to hang out with y'all freedom-loving weirdos in the meantime 😁🥩
