That's not how it works. It's rare for a majority population to breed outside their race even when it's available. Not impossibly rare, but rare nonetheless. We aren't reproducing as global units.
Even in the US where we imported different European races, a DNA test for an average White American will come back 70 or more % Germanic with some Celtic admixture. In a Greek or Italian community it's going to be an even higher percentage of their respective heritage.
