This is a good idea.
I think the client should handle the adding and removing relays without ever leaving the client.
The software rof all relays really needs updating. I've added 40 relays. I think some are paid but the client still let's me add them. I recently started getting a message that I was subscribed to Nostr land. I wish all relays gave you that message.
I hope in the future the relays all work together to sync so we won't need to add that many relays. I only really need about 3 relays max.
