All the major U.S. based oil companies will be in Texas soon, also Texas is starting it's own stock exchange, and we have most of the space companies and some of the tech companies as well.
Assuming the whole country doesn’t burn down around us it’s likely to continue to be prosperous well into the future.
At least until all the Californians and New Yorkers move here…
