I have some expertise on this since I'm stuck here. Canada has filled its quota of special kind of stupid to put it mildly. Think of it as 3 leeching freeloaders for every one person wishing they would leave the wallet alone. It's better for Americans to view Canada from that perspective. Think leeches. It wasn't unreasonable for Trump to apply the tariffs considering they are the amount Canada decided to deflate its currency for export advantage.
