I have a project with the same situation: a display font with contrast axis which shrinks along optical size axis reduction to a no contrast variation font(currently both side of contrast axis in lower optical size axis are duplicated masters)
I have a question: with 3 masters designspace shape should be a 2d triangle, with 4 should turns to a 3d pyramid with triangle base & so on... In your demo, final shape depends on all masters or around the edge of one triangle?
