Tough to find very blue ones. Most of them are more of a gray to steel blue. The crystal structure also tends to have better yield with rounds, so you won't find a lot of trillions out there since no one wants to burn that much.
Can keep an eye out, but it's been a long time since I saw that natural material changing hands.
Synthetic spinel is any color.
