Though, I just took a look myself. Reuters and ANSA both don't `<link>` an RSS feed in their homepage, but instead have different pages listing a bunch of RSS feeds, all of which respond to me when cURL'd.
Dutch Review still has their feed `<link>`'d, and also seems to respond to cURL just fine.
