I have it on good authority that quite a few regional diesel mechanics, with workshops that service interstate-driven trucks and trailers — are refusing to service more and more trucks due to a practice that’s becoming increasingly more common, amongst a certain ‘identity group’ of drivers.
According to my source, new immigrants who hail from the subcontinent region, are cutting out holes in their trucks floor and using that space to dump their business.
This allows them to keep driving on long hauls and they squat a little further over to empty their bowels. The problem is their shit is spreading all throughout the transmission and engine and diesel mechanics are left with no other option than to turn them away droves — instructing them to at least get the trucks detailed and cleaned before returning with their rig. 🤷🏼♀️
