"content": "I do mostly a 18/6 but if I want to lose weight I'll do omad every other day until I reach my goal. Omad isn't too hard if you wait to break your fast until as late as possible. The studies have shown better results by eating early in the day and starting your fast early in the evening. I find this difficult for me. It's much easier for me to eat between 12pm-6pm then to do 6am to 12pm eating window. I go for easier because I can stay more consistent.
