A south facing window is really good to have đ. Go for some salad leaves it nearly always has the best return on investment. For example Lollo rosso, mizuna, arugula whatever you like most and will suit the temperature your house or apartment is currently in.
Give it a go, kill some plants if you need to but hopefully you will enjoy it đ
