Pleasantly surprised to see this here being of Greek origin myself. The path to this peace is documented beautifully by the Greek Orthodox monks, too many to name but “St Joseph the Hesychast” is relevant here. I highly recommend that anyone and everyone begins this journey of true peace - it must be experienced and if possible maintained
