Theres a pork/wine cap mushroom soup in a jar and a few tallow jars I’m working on for long term storage.

Even though my garden plays a huge roll. It’s for taste and enjoyment rather than sustenance.

If my garden fruits ripen and they are extra. They go either onto the shelf or into the freezer to make the journey to be freeze dried.
