As I’m sure you know, the Lancet recently reported that at least 186,000 Palestinians could have been killed and injured!
Others I’ve read have said that number could be as high as 500,000!
The Gaza health services have been so totally degraded by #Israel that they no longer have any credible way of tracking/ recording all the casualties!
