Saw the headline "Workers' rights to four-day week could be strengthened" & was pleased. Strongly believe we need to reduce the length of the working week; impact on quality of life is enormous.
But it's not following the 2022 trial where people worked 4 days normal length days & received their usual pay.
It's cramming 5 days of work into 4 days.
Now I strongly support flexible working too, but that is... underwhelming.
