I read it as "Big-name politicians get lots of nasty crap said about them online, we don't want our plagiarism machine spouting that stuff".
To me, that's Google claiming their machine is great at summarizing or synthesizing or whatever they think it's doing, but when push comes to shove, they know it's just running its inputs through a blender and spitting out BS.
