im really gonna have to get in shape over the next year, before i move.
1) for mental health reasons i havent been able to ride my bike in over two years
2) even when i was riding regularly, there are no hills here, entirely flat
all the cool places to live are unfortunately like a constant 12% incline lol. i need leg strength
