"5For your husband is your Maker,
Whose name is the Lord of hosts;

But with great compassion I will gather you.

I hid My face from you for a moment,
But with everlasting lovingkindness I will have compassion on you,”
Says the Lord your Redeemer.
9“For this is like the days of Noah to Me,
When I swore that the waters of Noah
Would not flood the earth again;
So I have sworn that I will not be angry with you
Nor will I rebuke you." (Isaiah 54:5-9)
God says His promises to Israel are as sure as His promise to never flood the earth again. Israel, although far from perfect, is the apple of His eye. It is the work of Satan to attack and destroy Israel. Although Israel and the Jews have been repeatedly punished by God, He promises to redeem them and fulfill all His promises in the end.
"And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.” (Genesis 12:3)
Also, the tribulation is yet to come. AD 70 did not fulfill so many of the predictions of the tribulation including that the Gospel would be shared with every tribe, nation, and people.
