As far back as I have memory for, it's all constant catastrophically unmet support needs. That's probably why I'm terrible at knowing what I need.
I'm left with the urge to just scream untill it somehow ends up fixed. Thankfully I don't actually do that most the time, but the drive to definitely is there.
