To reiterate, I'm talking about in the middle or end of QSO. Although some may like to identify the OTHER stations for them, I wouldn't call it standard practice.
ARRL Op Manual cites part 97.119. I find no mention of ID'ing the other persons callsign.
Every 10 min and at the end is the the only time (your own) id is required. At the beginning, is a courtesy so they know who you are.
