As a kid, I once saw something like a bath bomb, but it was about a quarter of the size (think, the end of a thumb or so) and soft. Kind of felt like a silicone ball containing some bath oils.
But I think the outer coating was not actually silicone and might have dissolved in water.
Anyone know what that might have been? And what it's called?
