A few year back I checked my home's value on Zillow and laughed out loud. It was a complete bullshit valuation, but it's like that everywhere. No way in hell are any of these houses worth that much but the counties love those inflated numbers when it comes time to calculate property taxes.
The whole market can't crash soon enough, it's way overdue.
