Proof of Work…whatever engineer thought it was a good idea to stuff these under the dash with hex head bolts, no room to get tools on them to remove or put back deserves a special award. I literally had to remove the glove box, reach one hand through a hole, reach the other hand through a hole under the dash, lay in the floor, which my feet sticking straight up, and remove the bolts with 1/8th inch turns with my fingers and a socket set and hex head bit. I still have one left with one bolt that I’m not sure I’ll get out. But the car now has heat and cold again, as well as defrost air. But the defrost air is still cold…hence I have to get the other actuator off. Gonna be an interesting morning. 🤙🏻
