Can anyone decode this? I think it means “cancer but it’s not spread (beyond the prostrate and seminal vesticles) so easily operable”.

> My MRI pathology report says I have a lesion on the outside of the prostate (presumably spreading from the inside) and it's "invaded" (their word) the seminal vesicles, which provide fluid for semen via the prostate. So, whatever it is, it's spread. The word cancer is not mentioned in the report.

> The lesion is listed in the report as "T3b NO", which meant nothing to my GP, who has referred me for an "urgent" biopsy.

> My research shows that "T3b" means a "locally extensive cancer" but "NO" fortunately means it's not yet evident in the lymph nodes.
