So some good news for my #Canadian friends:
Trump can’t visit Canada without permission anymore.
s. 362, False Pretence or False Statement, appears to be the closest to the offences of which he has been convicted in the city, county, and state of New York. (Just visited that court complex recently for personal business.)
For offences greater than $5k has a max prison term of 10y.
That’s the threshold for permanent criminal inadmissibility.
