You don't need to qualify calling Nazis Nazis by saying "they're Nazi wannabes" or "they're not Nazis but they're following the Nazi play book." What are you, afraid of hurting a Nazi's feelings? If they aspire to be Nazis and they act like Nazis they're Nazis. Call them Nazis.
