Having thoughts about conferences...
WordPress Accessibility Day is amazing and I hope you're all attending.
This is not a criticism of that *at all* but while attending I am thinking more about conference formats, in general, and how to make them more inclusive.
For example, I was in a talk that was not even a little bit about certifications and the chat was full of discussion about that. I don't think there are any talks about certs in this conference, so maybe that's why?
