It has to be instrumental. I'm really liking Neural Patterns, kind fits with the theme.
We ran this unit as a cross-curricular last year (visual art, music, and math) and it got very time consuming and confusing for the kids. Some kids have music, others visual art in that grade and coordinating the whole thing was a nightmare. So this year, I'm picking three pieces and dropping the more complex math elements. Hopefully this will be more fun for the kids, and less annoying for me.
