If you want kids, have kids now, don't wait too long, it's never "the right time" for kids and late 20s seem ideal. The sleep depravation won't hit you so hard, you will have energy to have fun with them and in no time the will be able to stay home alone and you will still be in your 30s.
Also if you want a career change, never too late small steps and consistency compound pretty fast, same goes forhealtth and wealth, long term thinking is underappreciated, but you are here on nostr so you probably already know this ;)
