Hi writers! I have a question. I'm halfway through my insane speculative book and I would absolutely love a couple beta readers just to see if they think my writing is hot garbage or I sound crazy but I really, really feel like asking people to read my stuff is a major imposition. I have some friends who have offered (and I love all of you) but that makes me even more reluctant to impose on them. WHAT IF IT SUCKS?? Anyway, how do I get past this? What is the etiquette? WHAT DO?
