I tried Blitz, but I didn't like it. I'm using Breez now for my main wallet. I love the interoperability with Lightning and on-chain, and the channel management is in the background and doesn't require any user interaction. You just send and receive, and everything else happens behind the scenes. I don't use it with Nostr. I've got Minibits for that. I just keep my Minibits funded from Breez. That keeps my main wallet completely detached from nostr and any social interactions.
