I would not shame someone publicly, but if I heard that someone claims a physical disability at a non labor intensive work, but tweets a lot, I would certainly want to speak with that person.
Context : apparently, tweeting (on the phone) is ok because done with 1 finger and slowly. His work didn't involve using a computer at all, apparently.
