I have to disagree. Yes, gerrymandering and voter suppression do act to dilute representation for affected minorities. It's wrong and should be illegal.
But, our majority is such we can overcome these structural challenges with mass voting waves. Once they lose their supermajorities the entire gerrymandering house of cards will fall.
Then we crush them at the ballot and put them out to pasture until conservatives get sane again. Just like after the Great Depression.
