Interesting…. if this becomes reality, I’m sure there would rebels who would keep a stash of real alcohol! I have a book a poems called the “Whiskey Rebellion” that I haven’t read in years (prohibition years).
Never knew this & I spent hours reading Star Trek The Next Generation books, magazines & listening to audio after the episodes— In middle & high school:
