I want a person who can take in velocity of issues, types of issues, etc to plan directions forward. Even first line of defense on tracker. Or even bring back bug-squad and have tier-2 response to issues where I only look at triaged bug reports.
In my eyes, it could actually reduce how many things I need to deal with/respond to.
