Docusign exists to fuck you over when signing contracts.
As the signee, I've never been able to strike passages (like Mandatory Arbitration).
DO NOT sign contracts via Docusign.
Request paper copies, strike mandatory arbitration and other bullshit clauses, return signed with edits.
Nobody does this. 99.9% of people are lazy AF and don't even read the damn contracts they're signing.
They will accept the modified contract. They always do.
