I've had the privilege of working with one such amazing client since last June - quick responses, swift content approvals, and always showering me with constructive feedback. But, a couple of weeks ago, my manager dropped the bombshell that this gem of a client would be transferred to another team. 😔
Of course, I was a bit bummed out, but I accepted the decision gracefully. I didn't utter a word to the client as it was up to my manager to break the news. But guess what happened today?! 📞
