A few questions for someone who's looked into it:
How/where did the fire(s) start?
Did the LA county's lack of water availability at the hydrants materially impact the ability to halt/stop/slow the fire, or was there no stopping it? If so, what was the root cause of the lack of water at the hydrants?
I read somewhere here that insurance companies pulled out from under people a month or two ago. Is this true? If so, is it a coincidence, or in response to a government decision about something?
